Brian c Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 It was Tyco that pushed for the 'free domestics' and introduced allsorts of 'campaigns' to boost revenue. Therefore, I agree with Gaz and it was when Tyco bought them that things started going downhill. If you don't know......ask.

In the past couple of years there has been changes nearly every month. None for the better. All about keeping costs down. The loss of customers is not from the service dept. though but we seem to be hit every time.
