I once saw a new build house where every detector was just powered, set the alarm.....

I've had a couple of those, only the entry door was connected properly.

Once went to a new, large secondary school where the subbies had just screwed up the detection and not wired it. Must have been 30 detectors in total.

They'd wired some, so yeah probably lol. It was discovered pretty quickly tbf.

That's not that bad    recently took over a car lot with exterior perimeter protection using interior PIRS
