Morning all,

I am doing a takeover on an old Abacus 15R intruder panel, does anybody have an install/user manual for one please?

I need to retrieve the master user and engineer code and I believe from memory there is way to do this without crashing the whole panel?

Thanks in advance.

IIRC Eng code can be defaulted

But we don't do manuals.l or defaulting public areas

Controls will be cira 25yrs old, personally I'd be throwing 'em out

Many thanks for the prompt reply, we are upgrading the system but cant do it until the new year due to ongoing work commitments and so just trying to get a working system for the chap.

How many zones in use? Just wondering, as even if you change engineer code flaff around when you can change the panel in less time and find faults easier with new panel

When doing a take over the panel should always be fully defaulted.

nah, you stick a new bell up... & just use the sub's code to clear the tamper ?

If the banner text still read "Happy Alarm Co." too bad
