Guest IM_Alarms Posted December 31, 2004 Posted December 31, 2004 can you do the noise again, I didn't hear it properly...............
Guest colonel_kurtz Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 THANKS TO ALL WHOM OFFERED GUIDANCE. Here is what the problem. A PIR sensor was faulty and therefore needed replacing. For future reference for anyone who has a similar fault; When looking in the main unit disconnect all the connections from you PIR's then re-connect one at a time try the alarm, and continue doing this until the fault arrises again, then that gives you a good indication on where the fault lies. 'The last PIR you re-connected' Also just for giggles whomever had this alarm previously had seen it in there wisdom to disconnect the backup battery. Hence the alarm did not go off when my fuse box tripped a while ago. ONCE AGAIN MANY THANKS FOR ALL YOUR ASSISTANCE.
