Mike TV Posted August 7 Share Posted August 7 I have an installation which runs PoE around 80m to a PoE splitter, then off to one camera 1m away and another camera aroun 5m away, which was working successfully for a number of months and now isn't. sixwheeledbeast Posted August 7 Share Posted August 7 It depends on the wattage of the devices but 80m is a long way. You have to consider other devices on the switch and the overall budget, maybe they are now drawing more current than from installation, affecting the longest run.
