Guest Joe Cunningham Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 Can anyone help me? I have an Optima Plus 2 alarm system at home and have a panic alarm in my bedroom. Not only did my 20 month old son manage to lose the key to deactivates the panic alarm in the bedroom, but he actually set the alarm of yesterday at 7am in the morning, waking the neighbours! Can anyone tell me where I could obtain a replacement key? Yours in hope....
norman Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 Hi, as a short term fix, and if you feel able, you can unscrew the button and manually reset the button (usually by pushing the mechanism up wards). Although the key's are available it would probably be more cost effective to purchase a new button. Post your location and I'm sure someone will be able to assist further. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
