Scantronic 9651

I have Scantronic 9651 installed. Due to some work, the builder removed the fuse from the Fused Mains Spur connected to the Control Unit. Then he lost the fuse and never put it in for 3 weeks. The PIR beeped a lot and then went silent and the builder has left! 
I have replaced the 3Amp fuse but the Keypads have no power. What can I do?

Unless you have some knowledge for this it will be difficult.

I would remove the fuse again

 

You need logically check for electrical power , 

 

How do you know the mains power is not disconnected somewhere? After inserting fuse that would be your first check , by maybe using a mains tester.

If your not sure, it's time to call an alarm engineer.

The standby battery in the system will be drained and is possibly stopping the system from booting, assuming there is no other damage to the system that needs repair as well...
