Beany Posted Friday at 12:11 Posted Friday at 12:11 Due to continual cloud failures we have not been using the EATON app. The panel (i-on-30R) is now hardwired into the network and we have a reliable connection. However, I find that I am getting the above error message on my Samsung Galaxy phone and any attempt to use it results in the app crashing. I have tried uninstalling, clearing cache, clearing app data and rebooting the phone. All to no avail. The app works perfectly well on an i-phone and a Lenovo tablet. Any ideas? Quote
