antinode Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 Right, so I've not heard ANYTHING back from any local companies, so I guess it's time to hit the nationals I've had a look on //.National Installer.//'s website, printed out and filled in the application form etc, but I can't seem to find a postal address to send it to. Does anyone know the address to their head office, or the address to their personel department? Trade Member

norman Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 Send it to your local //.National Installer.// office as it will stand a better chance of being seen. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
norman Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 Or better still, call in and ask to speak to a service manager. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
norman Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 With the CV and application form to hand of course. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
antinode Posted January 19, 2005 Author Posted January 19, 2005 Thanks guys. I suppose I could drop it in by hand, but it might be a bit difficult. Stockport is a bit far, but I agree, it's definately better than posting it... Trade Member
Woosh Posted January 19, 2005 Posted January 19, 2005 Sorry to be a wet blanket but I worked for them for 12 years and would NOT recommend them.

Woosh Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 My manager was very poor could not organise engineers we were passing each other in the mornings instead of sorting out areas. Spares were VERY hard to get the hold off. I didnt like the mobile data unit. They refused to hire access equipment when I needed it. Manintnence on CCTV was very very poor. They scrapped the quality Aplex and went to naff Menvier. I ended up goint to tribunal with them and left 18 months later. NOT a happpy time. These are MY PERSONAL VIEWS !!!!
Guest Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 Menvier have some of the best panels around - and the most versatile/expandable systems going.
