PeterR Posted March 1, 2005 Posted March 1, 2005 Thanks for your help. But we still cannot find the product that will do audio for all channels (at a reasonable price, approximately £1500 for 8 channel DVR) March has relocated their UK office, and all their supports are now done in Canada. Plus, they are not keen at all. Panasonic does not do 8 channel audio LJD does 4 audio for its 4 channel DVR Damiller is too expensive and bulky for this little project. Any other suggestions? Many thanks, Edwrad 42142 System Q have 16 audio 16 video, not sure how good it is though, anyone used one?
Guest Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 Could you not use 2 of the LJD 4 channels in place of the 8 channel?
Guest Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 I have to correct this a bit. 3204 has 1 line level two way half duplex audio channel, 4 video inputs and the MSRP price is £**** + VAT. It ships with minimum of 300GB HDD.in to 4000 series you can add two audio modules (MSRP £*** + VAT) with 6 audio I/O:s in each. These have 16 video inputs. MSRP Prices. These ships with a minimum of 600GB of storage capasity. 4210 £**** 4310 £**** 4410 £**** and prices excludes VAT Not sure if trade prices should be in the public forum, so I've removed them. 39861 Those were suggested retail prices..

Looks to be very good spec. Just tried the demo software, good refresh rates but a little slow on ptz commands. Especially liking the comedy adverts! Can you please email me some more information? Brochures, trade prices. Thanks. brian@beaconsecuritylimited.com Also, which telemetry protocols does it support? If you don't know......ask.

The online demo is at our manufacturing and distribution centre. You can use this demo and the website www.dvr365.com to show your customers. We deliberately remove all references to us (System Q) on this website. Please send me your full address to paul@systemq.com I will post you hard copy end user and trade literature on this product. The PTZ control can be speeded up by lowering either frame rates or quality settings but unfortunately we have to make a demo fit all tastes. Just for Reference- The speed of DVR System Q Ltd.
SystemQ Posted March 12, 2005 Posted March 12, 2005 Hi. To get 1Meg they must be using SDSL not ADSL. Paul # not always. in coldshire and some other shires next to us we have upstreams up to 1Mbps.Regardless that your demo is excellent! 1) i WAS just going to buy an aquarium, but now i can save the money for something useful 2) If (when) i don't know what the time is i can always check it! (do you have client software for Nokia Communicator..?) 43631 System Q Ltd.
