Scott Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 A Customer has forgotten his password on an early digital Sprite and I be needing access. Any one know a way round it? Thanks Scott
Brian c Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 There is no other way than to send it back to DM they are protected by encryption If you don't know......ask.
breff Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 I know on the new ones its a return to DM job, if its connected to a network you can get in with those passwords using network admin. The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

Doesn't the other other password only change the network access? Scott
