They ALLWAYS WANT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING! ever heard: While your here? I train our lads OK. Tell them if the customer gets them to do small job and then offers them a £1. Say "no thanks ill put it on my time sheet that way ill get £25" that normally sorts the tip out.Jef Customers!
