Can anyone help?

I recently moved and have the above alarm installed. All has been working fine until we had a power cut for over 7 hours.

Since then I can't get it to do anything!!!!!!!!!!!

On the control panel the main and day lights are on, however when you punch in the code to set the alarm..............nothing.

I have tried reading the user and engineer manual but it's like reading a different lanuage.

I asume it needs to be reset...........but can't work out how!

Many thanks for any assistance.

Hi Deb

Your problem is most likely to be failure of the alarm batteries, I very much doubt you will be able to reset the system or getting it working again without first replacing the systems batteries.

You should also seriously consider having the system serviced correctly rather than just getting it working.

Post your location and I'm sure someone local will contact you asap.

Or put your location in the seach bar and see if you can find anyone local to you.

the panel will have locked out - i.vehad many do the same after power fails, you will need a engineer to look at it and give it a service as well as previously mentioned
