Adi Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 Yep. Nice panels. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
Brian c Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 In a word YES, if you cant install an excel then theres no hope for you. 44081 Blunt but true! If you don't know......ask.
Mister_Dave Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 Sorry to go off topic slightly but i still prefer the 9651. The cost difference between the 9651 and an excel just takes the mickey. Rant over. Dave Oxendale York based security systems engineer.
Adi Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 I agree with the cost. I thought scanny were giving there keypads a facelift. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
ARJ Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 I agree with the cost. I thought scanny were giving there keypads a facelift. 44186 I've heard that but am still waiting.... Talking of Scanny keypads, The mad thing is, buying a seperate 9930 RKP is only £2 cheaper than buying the complete 9651 kit with Panel & RKP.... How does that work... ? It seems better value to buy the kit, but what do you do with a pile of 9651's with no RKP's ! ARJ A nearly retired previous installer !
Service Engineer Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 The mad thing is, buying a seperate 9930 RKP is only £2 cheaper than buying the complete 9651 kit with Panel & RKP Sadly thats true with quite a few panels..? You`d think the RKP would be half the price at the most..? ........................................................ Dave Partridge (Romec Service Engineer)
Adi Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 Ive never understood the reason for it, like Service Engineer said a few of them do it like that. Id by the kit but dont know what id do with the panels tho. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
