Wooly-bobs Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 Me being about as computer literate as your average OAP from the 1900's need some help here. Purchased my domain name: www.protexalarms.com ages ago mainly for e-mail forwarding, now I want to develop my website, trouble is I have no idea who I bought it off, tried searching with very little success, can anyone suggest anything? I'm sure it was something like domainnames.com but having no luck there.

Your registration is valid until November 2007, so no need to rush anything. Your DNS is managed by Amenworld www.amenworld.com which may give you a clue how you paid for it originally. All this is public information. What problem are you trying to solve?
Wooly-bobs Posted March 14, 2005 Author Posted March 14, 2005 I'm looking into my website creation and trying to find where I left everything when I bought/renewed my domain. I remember logging on to change my e mail re direct thingy to my new yahoo account a bit ago so I did have the info once!
amateurandy Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 Do you need to recover anything, or just start from scratch? Obviously you want to keep your domain name, but that's not a problem.
