Guest beadie
I recently moved into a house with a Texecom Veritas 8C Control Panel. I have the engineers code but the previous owner did not have the code for turning the alarm on/off as they never used the alarm!!!. Is is a Pre 2000 Model and I need to change the code to be able to activate/De-Activate. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Guest
To be honest if the previous owner did not use it, the system may have a fault, it could probably do with being checked first. Someone local on here may be able to help further.
Brian c
If you do not have the original user code, your system will need reprogramming. This is an engineering function and engineering information cannot be given out on the public forums If you don't know......ask.

Thanks in advance.

You should either ring around a few local companies and get some prices to do it for you, or post your location and hope someone from here is close enough.
