Guest sucker69 Posted June 22, 2005 Posted June 22, 2005 I wonder if there are experts that can help me wire two bell boxes to a Menvier Control panel ? I would appreciate a list of where each wire is connected. Thank you
Guest sucker69 Posted June 22, 2005 Posted June 22, 2005 Control Panel: Menvier TS 900 Bell Boxes Elmdene Please advise what wire goes to each connection ? Especially interested in the tamper connections being that there are 2 bell boxes which are both live and working. Thanks

Wire 1 leaves the Panel, goes to the first bell box AT ( Anti_tamper) terminal, them from the second AT Terminal to the Second Bell box AT Terminal. finaly from the second AT terminal of the second box back to the panel. Regards mark
Guest sucker69 Posted June 23, 2005 Posted June 23, 2005 Mark, So can I simply join the tamper wires coming from both bell boxes together instead of connecting them at the control panel ?
Guest Service2u Posted June 26, 2005 Posted June 26, 2005 Hi m8 Usualy easier to do it in the panel as you will have Both Cables ( one from each Bell Box) going there. Unless...... You took 1 cable from the panel to the loft and used it for both bell boxes. Just make sure that you complete the loop, otherwise you will get a tamper fault. regards Mark
Paul Giles Posted June 26, 2005 Posted June 26, 2005 Some confusion here me thinks? Two tamper wires in a siren? PG Security Systems Somerset SSAIB Certificate of Merit Installers. www.pgsecurity.co.uk
