Guest Gerry Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 Woah, I didn't make the sarcastic comment, I'm more than happy to accept your guidance and advice.... The system must be five years old as it was fitted when the house was built. I really don't know who fitted it.
j.paul Posted July 11, 2005 Posted July 11, 2005 Sorry about that Gerry The comment wasn't aimed at you, but the poster (magpye) that can't read "As you said", should have been "As was said" There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots.
morph Posted July 11, 2005 Posted July 11, 2005 "The standard muffled buzz isn't enough to hear upstairs."Don't people READ THE QUESTIONS any more before making silly statements or asking irrelevent questions in reply? 60293[/snapback] Part of any job is fault finding and that includes getting all the information from the customer and that includes working out there interpretation of the fault. As an expert yourself Magpye what do you suggest, or is it easier to sit on the side lines and bitch about other peoples posts. Gerry, yes you should be able to get another buzzer or handset, i will email you some information that will help you out and the name of a local engineer. Colin.
