I've just moved into a house in NE London with an Accenta G3 system. The previous residents never used it and don't know who installed it. I'm interested in having it serviced/maintained and have tried a few local companies but the don't work with Accenta. Is there anywhere else I can look? Preferably I'd like a NACOSS registered company as that's what my insurers ask for. Thanks.

Unless your insured by AXA, who may just also ask for an accredited firm who also operate a quality management system in accordance with EN ISO 9000, I'm fairly confident in saying that your insurer will probably accept any firm who is a memeber of an Alarm Inspectorate, which is accredited by UKAS to EN 45011 or EN 45012, which will include the SSAIB as well as NACOSS (NSI)

You could try HERE as a starter?

Or these if you wish: - SSAIB NSI

As Bri say's, someone near by will probably post soon offering help.

Good hunting & best regards

Chris

AXA, (there are threads around here on them & who they accept / much debate on this) We are not NSI (NACOSS) or ISO 9000 (yet), we are SSAIB, but AXA accepted us for a large commercial client yesterday. Press your insurer to put it in writing that they want NACOSS only? I'd be interested to see the response you get. :)

Thank you for the responses - that's very helpful and I'll take my insurer (NatWest) up about accreditation
