Guest roonster Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 Hello, Ive searched high and low and ive found speech dialers or speech and text diallers. However I havent yet come across a text only dialler. Do any manufacturers make one? I think text will be pretty good as the thing will leave a text message to your phone. Noone has to pick up the phone just in case they are busy etc.
Guest Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 What's wrong with a speech and text? You don't have to use both speech and text if you don't want.
Guest roonster Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 Well speech and text is getting quite on the pricy side. £***. I guess speech only will be ok. But would have prefered text only. Im thinking of going for the ADE Informa. Not bad for less than *** inc delivery. Cheapest ive found so far. Question is whats it like?
Nova-Security Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 £*** for which one ? www.nova-security.co.uk www.nsiapproved.co.uk No PMs please unless i know you or you are using this board with your proper name.
Guest roonster Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 Sorry my mistake. Texecom S&T is £*** inc del. Not bad i guess. I think the more pricey one is the scantronic.menvier one. SD2 i think?
Nova-Security Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 Prices are only meant to be posted in the Trade section, not the blue public areas. www.nova-security.co.uk www.nsiapproved.co.uk No PMs please unless i know you or you are using this board with your proper name.
Guest Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 ADE Informa is ****, awful quality and a nightmare to acknowledge calls. Stick to the Texecom speech and text, you know it makes sense.
Nova-Security Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 SD2 is easier to programme. www.nova-security.co.uk www.nsiapproved.co.uk No PMs please unless i know you or you are using this board with your proper name.
