how to get a citadel XR1 fixed and serviced(wales)

:!: i recently had a power-surge in my street and it set my alarm off and it no-longer would accept my code, this was at 5 in the morning and took me and my father 1:30 to work out how to disconnect it from the mains power and batter backup to switch it off. I have a citerdel XR1 and it needs to be fixed to use my alarm on the house, does anyone know of a security company which services and repairs alarms in south wales?
