Fit a Galant panel, keypad is about right size (7 1/2" x 5 1/2") to cover hole :P

There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots.

What's up with the old panel fella?

It may be repairable and I have lots of old 9100 bits knocking around.

just done one the same..nice bit of polished chrome or brass to hide the hole then fix the rkp to that..looks the biz..and you could also get the contract number engraved into the chrome so it looks like its supposed to be part of the system..your local engraver can sort the chrome/brass out

That's what we did recently (with brass). No contract number though!

I'll assume you've done all the usual checks and tested for shorts, unplugged all the wiring and bat, nvm reset and so on. it

The 9100 is bullet proof and suffers from very few faults in normal circumstances. Has the keypad developed circle syndrome (when you can see the circular contacts in relief against the button printing) yet?
