bellman
Your back up battery is faulty and needs replacing. It should be changed every 4 years at a bare minimum. The panel will need power cycling and a new battery but you need to check to make sure the charging cct is functioning correctly as duff batteries have a habit of cooking the charging cct on these panels. Hope this helps Regards Bellman Service Engineer and all round nice bloke ) The views above are mine and NOT those of my employer.

bellman
Always in "training" mode me geezer. I find a large lump of 2" X 4" affectionately known as a "clue x four" helps in certain situations though See HERE for a fuller explaination.
