PJF Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 Welcome Ian. Whats your beef with //.National Installer.// Top tip: if you ever catch fire, try to avoid seeing yourself in the mirror, because i bet thats what REALLY throws you into a panic and dont forget the one thing you cant recycle is wasted time.
Guest ian23 Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 All I want to do is change my entry code! //.National Installer.// wont tell me how to do it. even with absolute proof that I own the house and im not just some chancer!
norman Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 If you have your existing code and assuming it is a master code describe your control and we may be able to help. Oh! and welcome. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

But if you are not the contract holder they are unable to assist you, if they did they would be in breech of several laws.. (data protection act and the like) welcome btw. Regards Bellman Service Engineer and all round nice bloke ) The views above are mine and NOT those of my employer.
