Dear Dave,

More of a sales thing, but when am I going to get a reply to the letter

I sent to your company?

I mean, when someone cant even be bothered to answer a request

for a few brochures to someone thinking of choosing your bellboxes

for all their installations, thats a bit worrying!!! Ok, most companies have

poor after sales service and slick marketing, but this is just silly! :)

Give Gardtec a ring been using them for a while now and I think the service I have had from them has been fantastic to date.

I only order small amounts and they are realy helpfull.

Funny enough I have their account form right in front of me - was just waiting for my new bank account details before I sent it off!

My electrical contractor uses them too and hes pleased - thanks for backing that up though.
