Guest Superwidget Posted November 14, 2003 Posted November 14, 2003 Hi Has anyone ever tried to use acoustic sound to protect a property? For example, by installing a dozen high intensity 'sound bombs' in every room & passage such that it would be painful to stay inside the property if the alarm was activated (ie, cause pain/bowel evacuation to anyone in the vicinity). I welcome you comments / suggestions Regards Superwidget ps. any recommendation on the best internal sounder to use for this scheme ?

Coming home to a burgled house must be bad enough, but if the floor was covered in poo also...... And how about false alarms. "Ah well, lets get out the disinfectant again...!"

Guest RICHL Posted September 26, 2004 Posted September 26, 2004 Gardsound 2+ is a good internal sounder, IIRC 120dB. They certainly make your head ring
