Guest stevejones Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 I have a Menvier TS900 which has a intermittent fault on it and I suspect the PCB... I want to download all the setting's to save me having to reprogram the new PCB manually... I purchased a Menvier TSDCI lead to interface with my PC but I didn't realise it didn't come with the software.... Can anyone help me get a copy or point me in the right direction please? Steve email@stevejpones.org
Guest rjbsec Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 The software is available to registered professional installation companies direct from Menvier Security.
breff Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 Swap the NVMs. The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
Guest stevejones Posted December 8, 2005 Posted December 8, 2005 Swap the NVMs. I would still be happier with a backup though.. I must be able to get a copy somewhere? Surely someone can help me? Steve email@stevejones.org
norman Posted December 8, 2005 Posted December 8, 2005 Steve where are you based, I might be able to help Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
Guest rjbsec Posted December 8, 2005 Posted December 8, 2005 Not sure that this software is best passed around! Also swapping the NVM's may not be feasible if the software versions are incompatible.
Guest Posted December 8, 2005 Posted December 8, 2005 Not sure that this software is best passed around!... i don't think norman meant passing the software but help with the up/download..
