Hi everyone,

I got 2 questions to ask

1. Recently the back up battery died in my house alarm system since the battery was replaced whenever attempting to set the alarm error code no.99 appears on the keypad display. Doeas anyone know how to solve this error

2. My girlfriends house has the same alarm system fitted but I am unable to change the alarm code. I was advised to look behind some of the panels for a number by the alarm company but there was no number. Do you have any advice?

Best advice get in contact the original installer or get a local engineer in to look at both.

Not totally sure what error 99 is(poss software) but why not give Aritech technical a ring on and they may point you in the right direction.

Your panel may have engineer reset on tamper!.

Top tip: if you ever catch fire, try to avoid seeing yourself in the mirror, because i bet thats what REALLY throws you into a panic and dont forget the one thing you cant recycle is wasted time.
