Guest spruitt2800 Posted November 22, 2003 Posted November 22, 2003 I am in need of the programming and user manuals for the Acron Avenger PAS1/WC security system. We have townhouse that this system is in but we have never been able to use it because the previous owners did not leave us the manuals and could not tell us how the system works. Can anyone help with this? The system seams to work but I would like to be able to program it and put in our security codes.
Service Engineer Posted November 23, 2003 Posted November 23, 2003 They do exist (Acron) but never heard of the Avenger panel, unless he means the AV range of panels. But ill need to know the model number as they do several models. ........................................................ Dave Partridge (Romec Service Engineer)
Guest oldtimer Posted November 23, 2003 Posted November 23, 2003 There was a Avenger panel many years ago to give it the full title it was named the A&G Avenger Micro 3 (Delux) I cannot be certain but companies like A&G used to badge panels for medium size companies. If the panel is white metal with a black and gold facia with a raised keypad (like a phone) then give me a shout as I still have A&G manuals
Guest oldtimer Posted November 23, 2003 Posted November 23, 2003 A & G made the Avenger micro 3 delux. The diplomat. The Consul. The Ambassidor
morph Posted November 24, 2003 Posted November 24, 2003 The Acron Corporation became Scantronic USA, some of the Scantronic equipment was also sold by Arrowhead(Sentrol) all the companies were connected. In the UK Telecom Security sold Arrowhead/Scantronic USA equipment as their own branded product. Most of their old products are now supported by GE Interlogix. And Daves right they do all have "AV" model numbers. I have all the manuals, just need to know which model number. Colin.
Guest silopark Posted November 24, 2003 Posted November 24, 2003 Are you sure it's Avenger and not Advantage ZX6???
