Guest Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 The phrase 'talking to a brick wall' springs to mind might be so but it is his "brick wall" anyway..

Zak Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 If someone doesn't want their alarm system, or a system that they inherited then what business is it of ours to condemn them? We have all put systems in that clients don't want contracts with, or client that move and new owners don't take up a contract. Do we write them letters telling them how foolish they are once they have said no? I don't think so. So why do it here? Not everyone shares the same perspective. Guest John C Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Thanks for that, Zac! This is what I was about to write: I came to this forum with a simple query and have not complained about being given unsolicited opinions. I accept that you
Paul Giles Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 I have only given advice and cant see where the problem is? I was referring to the system giving the industry a bad name. We hear it all the time, people not wanting systems, the phrase 'we have nothing to nick' springs to mind, however in the unfortunate time of a break-in they are on the phone asking when the system can be installed and they need it doing instantly. Guest ejking Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Hello I have a simalar problem where panic button for optima xm was touched by the kids in a new house and now the internal alarm would not go off. I do not have the key to open it either. I need some assistance on either locating an engineer near erith-kent to turn it off/ service it or a means of turning it off so that we can get some sleep.
