The only reason we replied in the Forum is because the critisim is completely unjustifed. Hidden emails? - all emails are shown with customer email name and time and date. (I can copy all these to the forum if required) I would have spoken personally by phone and resolved this , but I only have an email adress that was not receiving our replies. I think that you misunderstood what I was saying about hidden email, I was talking about the settings on this board "my" email address is hidden but you knew that it was me. Posting personal information about a third party on a public forum is not advised; do not post my email address here. If your replies are not getting through to there intended destination, you might want to look into it as you could lose more custom that way. I receive dozens of messages each day and have not had any go missing; I do not use a spam filter as they are all but useless. My original post mentioned RFC because I was interested in the R200 and my comment about the emails is exactly as I see it from a potential customer
