Guest Intelligent Living
Hello all, My name is Matt, I stumbled across your website whilst looking for an alarm installer. I run a home automation business that sells a software product which can integrate with the Texecom Premier alarm panels. I have a client in Essex who has a very urgent requirement (next two weeks) to have a Texecom Premier alarm panel fitted into his property. I am very interested in recommendations of Texecom registered installers in the Essex region who may be able to assist with this. Many thanks in advance and apologies if I have posted this in the incorrect place. Regards, Matt.
Guest Intelligent Living
Thanks for the response. There would as far as I am concerned be a full ongoing agreement between the installer and my client like there would for any alarm install. The software that I sell is fully ratified and approved to work with Texecom Premier panels but as someone who is not a registered alarm installer I cannot physically install the panel. Therefore I am looking for someone to supply and install. Hope this clarifies. Regards, Matt.

Guest Intelligent Living
Sorry being unfamiliar with the security market I am not sure what 'grading' means. The software product is LivingRooms which is a home control system that has a security module. The security module of the software was developed in conjunction with Texecom, so I very much doubt it will invalidate any warranties provided by Texecom, they are fully aware of its existance as they assisted in its development. As I am sure those of you who are familiar with the Premier line of panels will be aware they have an RS232 connection for external control, LivingRooms utilises this in order to control the panel remotely. Texecom can only give me a list of distributors, not installers as they deal only with distributors - or so I have been told. Hope this answers your questions Regards, Matt.
