Guest Posted March 2, 2006 Posted March 2, 2006 You have been playing too much with windows based stuff boys.. PC hardware + LINUX + cards are OK. not necessarily cheaper than dedicated DVR's (which has mother boards, capture cards, operating systems too..) thou.
Rich Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 this is only for domestic application There are a few types available, look for one that uses H.264 codec though. You can be fairly sure it will be a recent model and it will save you loads of hard drive space.
