Simon_D Posted June 11, 2006 Posted June 11, 2006 why are they "placing" cables if your installing them??usually, there installed the same time as a re-wire, so they have their own holes in joists etc. otherwise, cables aint run in the best places. i usually end up with the alarms because i know more about them. if i pop down to wh smith and buy a book can i copy that??? you can. or my cd collection??? if you want to... nothing stopping you true but you don't get the workshop manual nor do you get the software, whilst where on the subject of car can you buy all parts for you car from a non dealer source or just waterpumps & body panels ect... need an ecu or lid for your glove box its either the main dealer or the local breakers. i can still go get all alarm parts from anywhere.... why dont washers etc come with engineer manuals etc? how often have you had to re-program one. What is your trade anyway??? sparky. have been for 20 years. been workin with alarms about 10
